Your Job: - Responsibility for the legal issues of the corporate group, with a focus on energy and corporate law
- Legal advice for our project development and construction / plant realisation divisions for large-scale projects (e.g. photovoltaics and battery storage)
- Assistance with M&A projects and due diligence reviews
- Legal support for our development and project companies
- Drafting and reviewing contracts required for the development of projects in the renewable energy sector, e.g. loan agreements, development agreements, partnership agreements, land purchase and lease agreements, etc.
- Supporting the specialist departments with issues relating to public law such as building applications, official authorisation procedures, etc.
- Assessing and minimising the company's legal risks
- Realisation of legal governance tasks
- Selecting, managing and monitoring external lawyers
Your competences:
- Successfully completed law studies, with successfully passed 2nd state examination an advantage
- Professional experience in the field of construction and / or project development
- An open, team-orientated personality
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Consistent and solution-orientated way of working
- Conscientious and structured work
- Enjoy working in a friendly and dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of the English language and German at proficiency level
