To strengthen the team we are looking for a dedicated and skilled: GSM-R System Engineer (m/f/x) Vienna

Your responsibilites

• Develop and integrate end-to-end GSM-R and MCN systems
• Carry out software upgrades of GSM-R and MCN components
• Conduct the verification and acceptance tests of individual components such as MSC / HLR, SGSN / GGSN, IP routers, OAM components or entire GSM-R networks
• Prepare documentation such as test plans, test protocols, action instructions, etc. Coordinate and execute the activities at the client's site

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar
• Ideally several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge of GSM, GSM-R, LTE, IP network technologies
• Experience in telecommunications and with protocols such as IP, SS7 and SIP as well as Linux administration and virtualization
• Proficiency in English written and spoken
• Highly motivated and great team player as well as excited to learn new technologies
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel
