- Main point of contact for key customers in the DACH region
- Remote support and quality improvement through clear coordination
- Close interdepartmental cooperation with the technical teams and COO
- Recognition and inclusion of customer desires and requirements, as well having an open eye for new opportunities
- Establishment of SLA expectations for response/resolution time
- Performing an initial impact assessment and then re-assessing impact periodically as the incident evolves
- Contribute to the collective knowledge-management database
- Relevant experience with service management or service desk
- Good command of JIRA
- Interest in IT risk management, security solutions or infrastructure
- Strong skills in communication and presentation
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Solid and diverse professional development career within one of the world´s leading IT security companies in Europe
