Main point of contact for key customers in the DACH region
Remote support and quality improvement through clear coordination
Close interdepartmental cooperation with the technical teams and COO
Recognition and inclusion of customer desires and requirements, as well having an open eye for new opportunities
Establishment of SLA expectations for response/resolution time
Performing an initial impact assessment and then re-assessing impact periodically as the incident evolves
Contribute to the collective knowledge-management database
Relevant experience with service management or service desk
Good command of JIRA
Interest in IT risk management, security solutions or infrastructure
Strong skills in communication and presentation
Fluent in written and spoken English and German

As a guideline, a minimum salary of € 50,000 gross per year can be specified. This value will of course be over-adjusted to the respective work experience and qualification.
