Business Development Manager

/ Remote / Waste Management / CEE Focus

Job Responsibilities
  • Takeover and lead the sales region of Central and Eastern Europe
  • Strategic maintenance of existing business relationships and development of new customer and supplier relationships
  • Monitor and track market developments
  • Negotiate offers and create the required contracts
  • Locate exciting business opportunities in the purchase and sale of different kinds of plastics
  • Coordinate with international support team as well as logistics and transportation suppliers

Background and Skills
  • Several years of professional experience in secondary commodities trading and / or waste management
  • Several years of sales experience
  • Detailed market knowledge, experience in waste shipment law
  • Practical, technical and business thinking
  • Negotiation competence, assertiveness and decision-making ability, as well as pronounced organizational and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Teamwork, time flexibility and resilience
