Responsibilities:
- Manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to delivery, in collaboration with a small and dynamic team.
- Work on the development of data warehouses, ensuring effective data integration and transformation.
- Design and implement visually compelling and insightful dashboards using a range of technologies, including Microsoft Power BI, and Oracle Analytics.
- Engage in both technical and business/personal aspects of projects, demonstrating a holistic approach to BI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, translating requirements into effective BI solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise to optimize, and enhance BI solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative BI solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing BI solutions, including data warehouses and dashboards.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Microsoft Power BI or Oracle Analytics.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- A keen interest in blending technical proficiency with a focus on the business and personal aspects of projects.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence or related roles.
- Certifications in relevant BI technologies would be a plus.
