House manager required for newly build high end residential property in St Moritz.

Main responsabilities & duties will include:

-management of staff and outsourced companies

-proper record keeping for HR, Health & safety and all files related to the day to day operations and upkeep the property

-responsibility for maintenance of property and follow up of the correct procedures.

-responsibility for security and implementation of agreed security programmes

-responsibility for delivery of agreed annual budgets and monthly reporting.

-will be require to deliver at all times highest level of services to family and guests as appropriate, including welcoming guest and liaise with travel arrangements as necessary.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in a similar high end service delivery role, be an excellent communicator both verbal and written and of the highest integrity with suitable references. Languages required will be english and german.
