Strategy and Culture Lead (m/f/d) Full-time / 40 hours per week / Vienna Headquarters, AustriaYour contribution will be

• Implementing the FOUR PAWS core values and driving measures for developing a vital organisation culture
• Facilitating the strategic planning cycle and managing the review of the Global Strategy
• Developing guidance, defining frameworks and implementing best practices in the areas of Strategy and Culture
• Fostering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the organisation
• Conducting engagement surveys and implementing other strategic engagement tools and processes
• Consulting individual entities as well as the organisation as a whole on organisational development challenges

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Proven record of experience in the field of strategy development, organisational culture work, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the context of large international organisations
• Educational background with focus on organisational culture, consulting, organisational psychology or strategic management
• Excellent English skills
• A solid foundation and curiosity about state-of-the-art approaches in organisational development and a hands-on mentality
• A reliable judgement as well as a high intercultural competency
• Excellent communication skills and an implementation-driven mindset
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
