Our client is a global textile trading company that focuses on sustainability and satisfied customers and employees.
We are looking for a committed and ambitious personality for the location Austria or Slovenia as aSustainability Specialist (m/f/d) CSR - External Communication/PR

Your role:

• Your initiate and drive sustainability projects and activities
• You are responsible for the internal & external communication of all sustainability-related topics and act as an external spokesperson
• You create internal & external communication materials around sustainability
• You drive project independently
• You implement digital workshops and internal lectures for your colleagues on the topic of sustainability
• You are responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the sustainability strategy and the associated goals.
• You ensure compliance with country law, guidelines and processes in relation to sustainability and CSR
• You work closely with Sales Market Teams in Austria, Switzerland and Slovenia, Regional Teams & the Headquarters

Your Skills

• You are enthusiastic about sustainability, and you are up to date on current global and local issues
• You have basic knowledge about the CSRD, NaDiVeG, GRland the EU-Taxonomy
• You have an affinity for texts and other media
• You enjoy inspiring and explaining – both in individual discussions and in groups
• You have a passion for sustainability and are committed to change the world for the better
• Ideally, you have experience in PR & Public Affairs
• You are talented in navigating in an international matrix organization
• You have experience with project management and are familiar with the common MS Office 365 programs
• Your German and English are fluent, written and spoken

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at € 50.000 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
