You will lead and guide a team of 10 with a rapid-growing number of 3 Account Executives
Set up the sales strategy plan alongside Marketing, Partner Alliances, and the CEO
Make use or the data and metrics to consistently enhance the sales processes to develop self-manage and highly effective mechanisms
Lead, mentor, and entrust your sales team on the overall business strategy (i.e. sales trainings)
Define and carry on revenue KPIs, reports, and forecasts

Previous experience working in sales with a solid sales track-record in DACH and/or in other international territories
You are interested and have a good product understanding of modern software leaders in RPA and beyond
Fluent in English.
