Thanks to their sophisticated and highly innovative technologies, they can provide a wide range of services and solutions that prevent malicious attacks. For their international team in Vienna they are now looking for a Head of Technical Sales Support (w/m/x) Vienna | Full-Time

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the team of Enterprise Security Architects
• Cooperate closely with the Service, Engineering and Product Management departments
• Create individual solution concepts based on Managed Security Services & Solutions
• Plan customized projects on a technical level based on those concepts
• Orientate on existing standards and develop them further in a future-oriented manner
• Transfer the planned projects to the project managers
• Cooperate with the sales department in the presales and bidding phase

Your profile:

• Great Interest in IT Security!
• Completed technical university education, preferably with focus on IT security or comparable professional experience
• Proven experience leading teams and meeting business goals in complex environments
• Several years of professional experience with IT security solutions or IT infrastructure
• Confident appearance during presentations and empathy while listening
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
