To support and expand the IT department, we are looking for an:IT-Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Level) international environment // inhouse client supportYou will:
- Process incoming incidents and provide (inhouse) end-user support - 1st and 2nd Level
- Take care not only for troubleshootings, but also for orders, installations and set up for mobile phones, laptops etc. (e.g. for new employees)
- Support on issues relating to authorisation, access, passwords, etc.
- Document incidents (and solutions) or escalate to 3rd level or other experts when required
- Successfully completed IT training
- Experience with ticket systems and their service processes (ITIL knowledge) are an advantage
- Solid knowledge in client-support (especially in Microsoft environment, ideally with Microsoft 365), Active Directory and ideally some experience with network and server-infrastructure
- Good interpersonal communication skills, service-oriented and committed
- Good command of English & German
