Our client is a leading supplier in the global automotive industry, offering a broad variety of exceptional services of complex powertrain and transmission systems
As they continue to grow, they are now actively looking for a talented and passionate Project Manager to join their international team. Software Project Manager (m/f/x) Vienna I full-time permanent contract

Your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the technical management of interdisciplinary software projects, focusing on electrical drive technology.
• Make sure that the projects are running smoothly by reviewing and optimizing its progression.
• Handle the project documentation and report the results to the customers.
• Take responsibility for the achievement of the defined goals and meeting deadlines.
• Be the main point of contact for international customers.

Your profile:

• Relevant academic background in IT, electronics, automation technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in roles related to embedded software project management, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Of advantage: familiarity with the development of automotive processes (ISO/SPICE) and expertise in embedded systems/control engineering.
• You are a team player with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German would be considered a plus).
• Holding a certification in project management would add value to your application.
• Availability to travel occasionally within Europe.
